A legal disclaimer
If you are unhappy with any products you purchase on this Site – other than any eBook, which cannot, by reason of its nature, be returned – you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund. We will need to receive the goods before we can refund you. We will refund you if the goods ordered do not arrive by the 31st day since you ordered them. Should you receive a book, print or garnment 'after' a refund has been given, you will need to return the item/s at your expense. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for this to ensure the order is safely returned.
Our Refund Policy
If the reason for the return is the result of an error by neilhague.com we will refund the postage costs. To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped (in its original bag) and a letter giving the reason for return. Any garments that have clearly being worn or washed cannot be accepted.
